From the Author:

‘I believe tools and concepts used in counselling, coaching, mentoring, and holistic therapies should be available to everyone. not just people that have money to pay for services. Not just people that have time to read books. Not just people that understand ‘big words’. I think anyone can improve their life with the right help and support. One day at a time. That’s why i created ‘Feed My Pig’. For every day people’.

In her Own Words…

01.

— My View

I’m so excited to be able to share ‘Feed My Pig’! I’m convinced it’s going to help a lot of people create a life they love!

My idea for Feed My Pig is that if you’re busy just surviving it’s difficult to think about a better life. It’s easy to feel stuck and not know what to do. And if you don’t know who you are and don’t understand why you do what you do, it’s difficult to do something different!

02.

— My Mission

I’m determined to make tools used by professionals more accessible! I want to simplify and ‘translate’ these concepts into easy to implement ideas. In every day life.

My goal is to give everyone an easy way to feel better about themselves and their lives. I want to help people feel happy and empowered. Not embarrassed or ‘judged’.

03.

— My Approach

We’re all so busy and overwhelmed, it’s crazy! We’re bombarded with information daily and a lot of us are ‘stuck’. The ‘advice’ and ‘help’ that’s out there is often confusing and a lot of us struggle to make changes that will actually help us improve our lives.

…I think a rethink is needed, to be honest! That’s why I designed ‘Feed My Pig’. It’s an easy concept, made for the ‘modern world’.

Feed My Pig is perfect for anyone who is curious about change but not sure where to start!

‘Feed My Pig’ is for people just like you who feel stuck. UNHAPPY.
It’s for busy people who want to do SOMETHING but struggle to find the time to read big books (or don’t want to!).

04.

— My Concept

Feed My Pig breaks down key ideas around ego, healing, self-love, self-actualisation, and energy healing into simple ideas and exercises.

It’s a powerful, innovative concept that has the potential to influence the reader’s cognitive flexibility. Almost instantly.

It’s definitely a self-help book, but I guess it’s disguised!

05.

— My Vision

Make it SIMPLE
…so there’s no ‘mumbo jumbo’, no jargon, no nonsense. No need to rack your brains with complex theories.

Make it ACCESSIBLE
…so that The Feed My Pig model reaches a broader audience. That’s why it’s easy and inclusive.

Make it FLEXIBLE
…so it’s adaptable. It offers the reader the choice to take on board what suits them. Leave what doesn’t. It offers the reader more versatility in terms of how they approach their journey and what resonates with them.

Make it CLEAR
…so it’s easy to remember and implement! Because busy people don’t have time to remember complicated things. So this is like a cheat sheet for people looking to improve their lives quickly!

It’s unique, because it’s a blend of disciplines. Feed My Pig is perfect for anyone who is curious about change but not sure if they should look into therapy, coaching, mentoring, or holistic healing therapies. As someone who has tried all of these, I know it can be a little overwhelming.

— My Dream

I would love the saying ‘Feed My Pig‘ to become a well‑known thing! I believe it could spread happiness!

As a by-product of helping more people with Feed My Pig, I envision my concept being used by others. I think it could help enrich traditional methods and therapies that look at self-love, healing, and self-improvement.
