‘I believe tools and concepts used in counselling, coaching, mentoring, and holistic therapies should be available to everyone. not just people that have money to pay for services. Not just people that have time to read books. Not just people that understand ‘big words’. I think anyone can improve their life with the right help and support. One day at a time. That’s why i created ‘Feed Your Pig’. For every day people’.

In her Own Words…

01.

— My View

I’m so excited to be able to share ‘Feed Your Pig’! I’m convinced it’s going to help a lot of people create a life they love!

My idea behind Feed Your Pig is that if you’re busy just surviving it’s difficult to think about a better life. And if you don’t know who you are and don’t understand why you do what you do, it’s difficult to do something different! It’s easy to feel stuck and not know what to do.

02.

— My Approach

That’s why I designed ‘Feed Your Pig’. It’s an easy concept, made for the ‘modern world’. We’re all bombarded with information daily and we’re all so busy…I think a rethink is needed, to be honest! ‘Feed Your Pig’ is for busy people who struggle to find the time to read big books (or don’t want to!).

It’s unique, because it’s a blend of disciplines. Feed Your Pig is perfect for anyone who is curious about change but not sure if they should look into therapy, coaching, mentoring, or holistic healing therapies. As someone who has tried all of these, I know it can be a little overwhelming.

03.

— My Mission

I’m determined to make tools used by professionals more accessible! I want to simplify and ‘translate’ these concepts into easy to implement ideas. In every day life.

My goal is to give everyone an easy way to feel better about themselves and their lives. I want to help people feel happy and empowered. Not embarrassed or judged.

04.

— My Concept

Feed Your Pig breaks down key ideas around ego, healing, self-love, self-actualisation, and energy healing into simple ideas and exercises.

It’s a powerful, innovative concept that has the potential to influence the reader’s cognitive flexibility. Almost instantly.

It’s definitely a self-help book, but I guess it’s disguised! My concept for Feed Your Pig is that by creating an alter ego of a Pet Pig to look after, most people will find it easier to relate to things like self love, self awareness, and self compassion.

05.

— My Vision

Make it simple
…so there’s no ‘mumbo jumbo’, no jargon, no nonsense. No need to rack your brains with complex theories.

Make it accessible
…so that The Feed My Pig model reaches a broader audience. That’s why it’s easy and inclusive.

Make it flexible
…so it’s adaptable. It offers the reader the choice to take on board what suits them. Leave what doesn’t. It offers the reader more versatility in terms of how they approach their journey and what resonates with them.

Make it clear
…so it’s easy to remember and implement! Because busy people don’t have time to remember complicated things. So this is like a cheat sheet for people looking to improve their lives quickly!

— My Dream

I would love the saying ‘Feed Your Pig‘ to become a well‑known thing! I believe it could spread happiness!

As a by-product of helping more people with Feed Your Pig, I envision my concept being used by others. I think it could help enrich traditional methods and therapies that look at self-love, healing, and self-improvement.
